In the ancient village of Maroni, Larnaca, 120 olive trees have stood witness to generations of Cypriot history. Since April 2026, Xalona began its mission — to restore these trees to their full glory and produce olive oil of extraordinary quality.
Every tree is treated with individual care. Renewal pruning, sucker removal, natural clearing — each step done by hand, with patience and respect for what nature has built over decades.
In 3–4 years, the grove will reach full productivity. What you taste today is the beginning of something remarkable.
Each bottle carries the character of Maroni's land — ancient soil, Mediterranean sun, and the patience of old trees. Three expressions, one terroir.

Milled within 24 hours of harvest. Temperature never exceeds 27°C, ensuring all aromatic compounds and health benefits are preserved.
Stored in stainless steel, bottled in dark glass to block oxidation. Every bottle numbered, every batch traceable to Maroni grove.
Extra virgin olive oil is nature's most complete food — rich in polyphenols, monounsaturated fats, and antioxidants that support heart health and protect at the cellular level.
Xalona's early harvest and cold-press process retains the maximum concentration of these compounds — far beyond what supermarket oils deliver.
"The peppery finish tells you immediately this is real, fresh, high-quality oil. Nothing like watered-down supermarket versions. A revelation."
"I've tried olive oils from across the Mediterranean. The Xalona Reserve from those old Maroni trees has a complexity I've never encountered before."
"As a chef, oil is everything. The Agouro early harvest is my go-to for finishing — the green intensity it adds to a dish is extraordinary."
